Scleros and Diamil at Wire & Tube 2022

Wire & Tube 2022 was the demonstration of the desire to restart.
After 4 years of hiatus, with the 2020 edition cancelled due to the pandemic situation that affected the whole World, this was a redemption edition, which decreed the official restart of the fairs.

From June 20^th to the 24^th, in the setting of Düsseldorf, 1822 exhibitors from more than 50 countries finally had the opportunity to meet face to face established and potential customers, suppliers and strategic partners.

OMCD Group, with its Scleros and Diamil brands, welcomed hundreds of visitors to its stand A78 in Hall 11 dedicated to the wire industry. 60 m2 of floor space with 6 exhibition islands and conversation areas for negotiations or some more informal pleasantries.

Diamil had the pleasure of exhibiting its coated inserts for tube deburring, bar peeling and heavy turning. Scleros showed its high-precision equipment for drawing copper, steel, aluminium and precious metal bars and tubes.

The highlight product was the adjustable drawing die, for which Scleros is known worldwide. An easy-to-handle plexiglass model was also present, in order to test and better understand their operation. A patent-pending prototype was also previewed, an innovative project that will bring significant benefits to users in terms of improved performance and cost optimisation.
