After the cancellation of Valve World Expo 2020 due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, the 2022 edition was a great unknown.
Many defections, even among the most historic exhibitors and major decision makers in the oil industry, forced the organizers to reduce the exhibition space to only two halls.
The large influx of visitors, however, reconfirmed Valve World in Düsseldorf as one of the world’s most important trade fairs for industrial valves.
“Coronavirus proved that digitization brings many advantages, but it cannot replace personal meetings, discussions and contacts” Mr Daniel Ryfisch, Project Director Wire / Tube & Flow Technologies, stated in this regard.
FILMS Oil&Gas team was definitely satisfied. During the three-day exhibition they had the opportunity to meet live again customers, suppliers, old and new friends.
In addition to the Hard Metal top products for the oil industry, the reproduction of a real valve aroused great interest. Inside of it, it was possible to view real FILMS anti-wear parts.
