Machining by chip removal is a process in which a workpiece is shaped using tools capable of removing excess material.
This category includes operations such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, threading. Each application has its own peculiarities and each processed material requires different properties of the tool used. For this reason the grades of Hard Metal used can be many, each with its own specific characteristic.
Insert’s blanks
We offer inserts with oversize metal to grind for milling and turning applications. Thanks to our team dedicated to the design and execution of moulds we are able to supply all the main types of mechanical clamping inserts required by the market also with cross pressing and cross hole executions. On request, in co-engineering with the customer, we develop special inserts dedicated to niche markets.
The available grades cover the entire ISO range: "K", "M" and "P" from 10 to 40.

Finished inserts
We offer indexable inserts in private label.
Thanks to our team dedicated to the design and execution of moulds we are able to supply all the main types of inserts required by the market also with cross pressing and cross hole executions.
By managing internally the entire production process, from mould design to CVD coating, we can guarantee exclusive and confidential agreements in the development and prototyping of special inserts.

Preforms for milling cutters
We offer custom-made pre-formed blanks for the production of solid carbide end mill of large dimensions or with special shapes. This type of product is designed and manufactured in complete collaboration with the client, in order to minimize the subsequent grinding processes. In addition to external shaping of the blank, we also perform drilling both parallel to the tool axis and inclined, for the passage of the lubricant-coolant liquid.

Integral tools and anti-vibration rods
As a complement to the offer of interchangeable inserts, we offer integral hard metal tools and blanks for anti-vibration shanks.
