Full technological knowledge of the drawing process allows us to design and manufacture copper profiles equipments, which avoids over-drawing or bonding of the material.
DRAWING OF STEEL TUBES AND RODS
Our equipment makes it possible to process even the most resistant and difficult-to-deform materials, with narrow tolerances and requiring excellent design skills.
We also produce dies and mandrels with complex shapes: helicoidal mandrels, dies for PTO tubes (hexalobed, trilobed, lemon, york tubes), for structural shaped tubes and for tubes for the automotive sector.
We are also able to design and manufacture separable dies, both rectangular and shaped, and their spare parts.
Where the processing parameters or the type of material make it necessary, our products are coated in PVD or CVD, to maximize the output.
